A parameters matching scheme for HEV powertrain is proposed with concurrent consideration of driving conditions, power flow control strategy and power performance.The scheme is then applied to the parameters matching design of the powertrain of hybrid time-share drive electric vehicle on mengshi. In the investigation, the power and the torque requirements for the powertrain were calculated, and parameters for powertrain components were designed preliminarily. Finally, the hybrid electric time-share drive vehicle was modeled in advisor 2002. The simulation results show that the parameter design of each powertrain component is reasonable.
