A Genetic Algorithm Based Input State Assignment Technique for Leakage Power Minimization during Combinational Logic Synthesis

This paper proposes a new approach, wherein multiple populations are evolved on different landscapes. The problem statement is broken down, to describe discrete characteristics. Each landscape, described by its fitness landscape is used to optimize or amp
