Process Innovation a tool for the organizational transformation. Policies and Strategies. Dynamic Modelling

The Organisational Transformation is actually an usual phenomenon and it is possible to act in a radical way over it, so this process is getting an increasing scientific corpus that enables a successful practice in the organisations. Methodological tools are needed to plan the impacts inside the organisations, that stem from changes, in any part of their systems, in a way that via simulation, the results might be predicted. The Process Innovations methods and the analysis of process not used in a holistic way may be an insidious source of problems and a loss of competitiveness. Innovations in business processes are viewed in this paper through a dynamic systems lens and additionally this vision is applied to a Spanish textile firm. The analysis of the business transformation makes possible for us to increase effectiveness of results, besides it is possible to make policies and strategies in the short term in order to face the challenges of the environment.
