A web-based collaboration method for reorganizing/innovating a style of a manufacturing industry and implementing virtual manufacturing through a web-based real-time collaboration system is provided to enable a virtual mold company to guarantee the quality of product and delivery and deliver a mold at a competitive price by organizing the virtual mold company with small/middle mold companies. An integrated management company integrally managing mold production collaboration receives an order from a customer through the web or the offline network, and makes a collaboration plan according to workability of specialized treatment companies. The needed available specialized treatment companies are searched through the web and result information is transferred based on the collaboration plan. A current/future work state of the searched companies is checked. An optimal process of the collaboration is fixed by simulation and is distributed to each company. The distributed process is performed based on the optimal process by each company, and a work state is collected and managed through the web. Assembly and test injection are performed after the optimal process is completed.
