In this paper, we take the customer service of power industry as example, and introduce the technique support system for customer service based on large- scale integration that includes series products such as ePower -TBI, ePower -95598 and ePower- CRM. This system has made great improvement in enterprise information construction, integration of information system and the combination of theory of enterprise management with information technique. It is of high importance as reference to the construction of the technique support system for customer service and the construction of other information systems.
