摘要

This paper deals with the design, simulation and control of a double-sided permanent magnet (PM) linear actuator. The optimized design features have been presented and the simulation has been achieved in VisSim~(TM) environment. The control of the actuator using on "Hardware-in-the-Loop" control technique has been realized. It has been shown that software controller successfully drives the system through DSP board, thus enabling an accurate position control.
