摘要

To qualify the reliability of the vehicle control unit (VCU) used for new energy automobile, the high temperature endurance experiment was designed and the VCU endurance test system was developed based on the reliability test standards and the specific performance of the products. The system includes three modules: NI PXI system, load box and host computer software. NI PXI system is applied to simulate input signal and detect output signal on-line. The function of load box is to simulate VCU's implementation load. The host computer software developed by LabVIEW is used to monitor the VCU operation status. The test system can automatically test three VCUs at the same time, it was applied on a domestic new energy vehicle to test its VCU stability. The result indicated that the VCU meets the design requirements of high temperature endurance life. Test system is able to provide accurate data for evaluating the reliability of VCU and offer the deterministic standard in VCU mass production.
