Heart rate variability analysis is used to evaluate the alteration in heart rate by calculating the time variation between consecutive R-R intervals and provides quantitative information of different parameters on patient's autonomic nervous system and other rhythmic deviations. This paper emphasizes on the analysis of the heart rate variability (HRV) and investigates the relationship of cardio vascular variations in a person with respect to the Blood Glucose Level (BGL). Further, energy ratio of autonomic nervous system (ANS) activities (sympathetic and parasympathetic) has been calculated by R-R time series of non-diabetic young adults. The survey is based on digital electrocardiogram and symbolizes as an effective tool to indicate the autonomic nervous system regulation of the heart. During the study, Electrocardiograms (ECG) had taken through “Power Lab 26T” device. The analysis is performed on the basis of data taken from post-adolescent university students which support the effectiveness of this study.
