This paper establishes a relation model between psychological capital and job burnout by taking psychological contract as an intervening variable, so as to discuss psychological capital's impact on job burnout. According to research results, psychological capital has an evident negative correlation with job burnout; and psychological contract plays a certain mediating role in the relation between psychological capital and job burnout. Research results show that psychological contract is vital for psychological capital that has an impact on job burnout. Intervention evidence for job burnout is found through psychological capital's logical excavation and demonstration on the impact mechanism of job burnout. This has important significance for the prevention and relief of job burnout of staff.
