Detection and clustering of palindrome in genome sequences by DCT-II method

摘要

In this paper, a novel application of discrete cosine transform (DCT- II) is proposed as a reference to detect locations of palindrome in genome. Detection and clustering of palindromes are performed simultaneously in an automated manner.
