In this paper, a 3-phase 4-wire star-connected three phase three-switch three-level rectifier (VIENNA) with unity power-factor-correction (PFC) based on one cycle control (OCC) is presented. The control technology does not require multipliers to scale the current reference and only need integrators. The advantage of this rectifier is that the switch voltage stress is one half of the total output voltage and it doesn't require multipliers and three-phase voltage sensors. The rectifier can be decoupled in topology to three single phase three-level PFC with output parallel-connected. Even if three phase lacks input, the rectifier still has excellent PFC characteristics. The proposed control concept is verified by simulation and experimental results.
