提出一种三相四线制三电平(VIENNA)整流器及其控制策略,实现功率因数校正(PFC).描述了三相四线制的VIENNA拓扑,在物理解耦的基础上,将整流器等效为输出并联的三路三电平单相PFC整流电路.对其进行原理分析、稳态计算,并介绍了基于直接电流控制的双闭环控制策略的原理和实现过程.仿真及实验结果表明,该整流器的网侧功率因数可接近于1.%A three-phase four-wire three-level rectifier with power factor correction(PFC) is analyzed.Tins rectifier can be decoupled in topology to three single-phase three-level PFC rectifiers, with their outputs parallel connected.A single-phase three-level PFC topology is analyzed at length.And a dual-closed-loop strategy based on direct control of current is introduced.The simulation and experimental results testify that this rectifier can nearly get unity grid power factor.
