現場での実践を通して河道管理技術を向上させる先駆的取り組み

摘要

We have been conducting the joint research between an administrative and a research section aiming to enhance the development and improvement of river-channel management methods since 2007. By this research activity, we defined the management types categorized by the applicability of prediction method of river-channel variation, difficulty of setting the reference value of index of a river-channel's conditions and so on. On the basis of the concept of management types, we proposed a management tool that is suitable to estimate the river discharge capacity and stability of flood control facilities against river-bed scouring, and a kind of knowledge database concerning river-channel management.%河道設計の実務において，麵後に生じる変化を見越 して整備効果をできるだけ持続させやすい川づくりとす ることが以前に増して重要視されている. そうした河道 設計と対となる河道管理は，相対的に改善の余地が大きい. 一般的に河川管理は，以下の基本スキームに則って実 施される。
