摘要

the new wave of military reform exacerbated the brutality and violent nature of the war. Military mental health increased wounds caused by war. How to use information technology to carry out mental health education has aroused great concern. This paper presents a decision support technology-based mental health education network platform, using SOM neural network clustering analysis method and a combination of case-based reasoning approach, to solve the current mental health education in some of the deficiencies. At the same time, it makes the guidance of educators more scientific and extensive.
