PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately extract the abnormal change of the mental health condition of a user by enabling the user to naturally input his metal health condition and to quickly understand the actual mental health condition of a worker.SOLUTION: A mental health management system includes a shared input terminal 2 which enables a user to select and input the stage of mental health condition indicating a condition matching his condition among the mental health conditions set at a plurality of stages, a management server 3 which digitizes the mental health condition transmitted from the shared input terminal 2 to set it as mental health information, calculates a moving average values including a k number of times for the numerical value of the mental health information, and determines an actual mental health condition for each worker based on whether the number of times where a difference between the numerical value of the input mental health information and the moving average values is equal to or higher than a threshold value continues m times or not, and notification means for notifying an administrator, the user, and a specialist of the actual mental health condition of the worker determined by the management server 3. In this case, k and m are both positive integers.
