摘要

Psychological contract (PC), which is psychological link between university teachers and students, plays an important role in maintaining relationships. According to the characteristics of PC between university teachers and students and the necessities of strengthening after-class interactive management of PC, we discuss how to strengthen after-class interactive management of PC in three different phases that are construction、 maintenance and continuation based on PC of "two-way concept". The ultimate goal is to provide advice for enhancing the practical results of higher education.
