Disclosed are a crossbar array element applicable to graph data analysis, a neuromorphic element including the same, an operating method of the crossbar array element, and a graph data analysis method using the crossbar array element. The disclosed crossbar array element applicable to graph data analysis may include a plurality of word lines extending in a first direction, a plurality of bit lines extending in a second direction intersecting the plurality of word lines, a plurality of conductor cells arranged in intersection regions corresponding to a diagonal among a plurality of intersection regions defined between the plurality of word lines and the plurality of bit lines, and a plurality of rectifying resistance-variable cells arranged in intersection regions remaining except for the diagonal among the plurality of intersection regions and having a rectifying characteristic and storing a changeable resistance state. The plurality of conductor cells may be arranged in intersection regions corresponding to a main diagonal in the plurality of intersection regions. The plurality of rectifying resistance-variable cells may be, for example, self-rectifying memristors.
