The invention relates to a connection assembly for a complete supra-implant removable prosthesis, comprising a connection bar (1) designed to be held, by transvissage, on implants (4) and attachments (2,3), consisting of a cap (21,31) and a pillar (23,33), removably connect said prosthesis to the bar (1). The assembly according to the invention is essentially characterized in that the bar (1) has only transvissage holes (11) whose axes are located in the extension of the axes of the implants (4) which are facing them; in that each hole (11) is traversed by the threaded rod (25,35) of each pillar (23,33) which is designed to be screwed directly into the implant (4) facing it so as to maintain the bar (1) plated on each implant (4) belonging to the same maxillary arch; and in that the cap (21,31) and the head (24,34) of the pillar (23,33), which are provided with means capable of ensuring their removable connection in the manner of a clip, are also provided with means able to automatically catch the disparallelism that exists between the different implants (4) belonging to the same maxillary arch.
