An air mold method-based method for preparing a near-cylindrical microgroove array surface, which relates to the technical field of functional surface preparation. The method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a surface having a microgroove array (1); uniformly spreading on an auxiliary plate (4) a layer of liquid polymer film (5) to be formed; and placing gap blocks (9) at blank spaces of the microgroove array surface (1); 2) placing the auxiliary plate (4) having the liquid polymer film (5) spread thereon on the gap blocks (9) on the microgroove array surface, and inserting same into a vacuum drying oven while maintaining said state; 3) setting the pressure of the vacuum drying oven according to a designed pressure value so as to heat and cure a polymer material, and separate the surface to then achieve the preparation of the near-cylindrical microgroove array surface. In the method for preparing a near-cylindrical microgroove array surface, a liquid polymer is pre-spread by means of the auxiliary plate, solving the problem in which it is difficult to apply the air mold method as a result of filling and discharging air of a microgroove when the liquid polymer is spread on the microgroove array surface.
