The genetic marker of the present invention is a haplotype marker for predicting the meat pigment content of pig meat, and by analyzing the mutation regions of the MYH13, MYH1 and MYH3 genes of pigs, the meat pigment content of pigs can be predicted at the molecular biological level. Through this, it is possible to predict the meat pigment content of pork, and it is possible to foster and produce excellent pigs, thereby improving consumers' purchasing desire and promoting pork consumption.
