The genetic marker of the present invention is a haplotype marker for predicting the collagen content of pigs, and it is possible to predict the collagen content of pork at the molecular biological level by analyzing the mutation regions of the MYH13, MYH1 and MYH3 genes of pigs. It can be used for breeding and selecting excellent pigs.
