Marker for predicting meat color of pork and use thereof

The genetic marker of the present invention is a haplotype marker for predicting the color of pork in pigs, and it is possible to predict the color of pork at the molecular biological level by analyzing the mutated regions of the MYH13, MYH1 and MYH3 genes of pigs. It can be utilized for this excellent pig breeding and selection.
