The present invention relates to a method for producing crosslinked hyaluronic acid nanoparticles, which comprises irradiating an aqueous hyaluronic acid solution with an electron beam to form an intramolecular or intramolecular crosslinked bond of the hyaluronic acid. Under optimized electron beam conditions, various nanometer-sized hyaluronic acid nanoparticles can be uniformly synthesized for reproducibility, and the synthesized hyaluronic acid nanoparticles are subjected to fluorescent labeling on the skin. Provided is the use as a tumor diagnostic contrast agent and a therapeutic agent through confirmation of permeability and radiolabeling. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
