To provide a COreduction catalyst having high activity and capable making a large area, a COreduction electrode, a COreduction reactor, and a manufacturing method of the COreduction catalyst.SOLUTION: There is provided a COreduction catalyst which is deposition formed by electrodeposition. The COreduction catalyst has a porous metal layer containing an aggregate with secondary particle diameter of 200 nm to 10 μm by aggregating fine particle with primary particle diameter of 10 nm to 200 nm, or containing a part where the fine particles with particle diameter of 10 nm to 200 nm is deposited at 30 nm or more, or containing both of them, and has a part for electrically reducing COin at a part of a surface of the porous metal layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
