Method for fabricating precipitated metal nanoparticles on perovskite stannate support with high electrical conductivity

The present disclosure shows that Ni metal nanoparticles with high areal density and fine size are eluted from A-site-deficient perovskite tin oxide supports. In addition, the present disclosure proposes a process for inducing the formation of metal nanoparticles embedded in tin oxide with excellent electrical properties.
