PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain activity measuring electrode in which noise is small and a burden on a subject is reduced even when the subject is in a moving state, for example, and a head-mounted device and a brain activity measuring system that use the electrode.;SOLUTION: A brain activity measuring electrode that is used by being brought into contact with the scalp includes protrusions 8 and a plurality of first and second leg parts 9 and 10 arranged around the protrusions 8 at intervals. At least one of the protrusions 8, and the first and second leg parts 9 and 10 has a function to acquire electric information as a brain activity.
