A stable high-concentration anti-human IL-5 monoclonal antibody liquid preparation, comprising an anti-human IL-5 monoclonal antibody, a buffer solution, a protein protectant and a surfactant. Formulation is optimized to greatly improve the defect that the existing anti-IL-5 monoclonal antibody cannot prepare a high-concentration liquid preparation. Finished liquid pharmaceutical products can be saved at least for 36 months at 2-8°C, and can be saved at least for 6 months at 25°C. Therefore, the liquid preparation can provide the stability of the high-concentration anti-human IL-5 monoclonal antibody liquid preparation, and has wide industrial application prospect.
