The invention concerns a process for the production of a regenerated film or a regenerated multi-layered film laminate with a top film and at least a sub-film or at least a polyolefin-based foam which forms a polymer mass including a polyolefin cycle, the form of the mass into a film,where applicable, the bonding of the regenerated film with a sub-foil or polyolefin foam and the marking of a scar.The method described allows film residues which would otherwise have been contaminated as waste to beat least largely return to the manufacturing process and improve the material efficiency of the process.The present invention continues to concern regenerated polymer film produced in accordance with such a process and its use as synthetic leather, in particular as in automotive or clothing applications.
