To provide a three-way valve which can contribute to size compaction while properly adjusting a pressure loss at passage in the three-way valve, regarding the three-way valve having a flow-in port and two flow-out ports.SOLUTION: A three-way valve 1 is constituted by connecting a flow-in port 20, a first flow-out port 25 and a second flow-out port 30 to a valve chamber 13 of a body 10. The first flow-out port 25 is connected to a radiator 56, and comprises a first flow-out path 26, a bent part 27 and a first downstream-side flow-out path 28. The first flow-out port 26 extends from the valve chamber 13 so as to form a first angle α with respect to a reference direction L of a flow-in path 21. The bent part 27 is connected with a first downstream-side flow-out path 28 so as to form a first downstream-side angle θ in a first flow-out direction LA of the first flow-out path 26. The second flow-out port 30 is connected to an ion exchanger 57, and comprises a second flow-out path 31, a bent part 32 and a second downstream-side flow-out path 33.
