To provide a three-way stopcock that never causes a dead space where a medicinal solution stays, and prevents airtightness of a medicinal solution supply path from being impaired as much as possible.SOLUTION: A three-way stopcock 1 includes: a main body 3 having a cylindrical outer member 2 and first to third pipes 7-9; a cylindrical central member 4 positioned in the cylindrical outer member 2 and having first and second internal flow paths 20, 21; and a cylindrical rotary member 10 capable of rotating between the cylindrical outer member 2 and the cylindrical central member 4. When the rotation angle is a first angle, the cylindrical rotary member 10 has first to third connection holes 26-28 for connecting the first pipe 7 and one end of the first internal flow path 20, connecting the second pipe 8 and one end of the second internal flow path 21, and connecting the third pipe 9 and the other ends of the first and second internal flow paths 20, 21, respectively.
