METHOD FOR IN VITRO SAVING OF IMMATURE EMBRYOS OF PERSEA AMERICANA

Provided is a method for in vitro saving of immature embryos of Persea americana, the method comprising: collecting immature Persea americana hybrid fruits, and stripping immature zygotic embryos from disinfected fruits; selecting different culture media according to the maturity of the zygotic embryos, so as to promote maturity of the zygotic embryos; and after germination of Persea americana embryos, performing growth under illuminated conditions to obtain normal plants. According to the present invention, the survival rate of hybrid Persea americana zygotic embryos may be effectively increased, the hybridization success rate of the Persea americana is increased, hybridization progenies are saved, loss of the hybridization progenies is reduced, and the genetic integrity of hybridization groups is ensured.
