PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vitro culture solution for in-vitro cultured pig embryos, increasing quality of resultant blastocysts and improving incidence of fetuses and offsprings in in-vitro culture of in-vitro cultured pig embryos, and to provide a method for in-vitro culture of in-vitro cultured pig embryos, capable of generating high-quality blastocysts, and also, after transplanted, even generating fetuses and offsprings.;SOLUTION: The in-vitro culture solution for in-vitro cultured pig embryos is characterized by containing lactic acid and pyruvic acid and preferably conditioned with salpingian epitheliocyte. The method for in-vitro culture of the in-vitro cultured pig embryos is characterized by culturing the in-vitro cultured pig embryos using the culture solution for 0-2 days after fertilized and, thereafter, culturing the resultant cultured product using a glucose-containing culture solution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
