A noise intrusion position estimation device (100) comprises: a measurement unit (10) having a pair of detection units (11a, 11b) that simultaneously measure changes over time in the waveform of noise in a transmission cable (40) at two isolated observation points in the transmission cable (40); and a computation unit (30) that receives a pair of simultaneously measured noise waveforms from the measurement unit (10), performs time reversal on the received pair of noise waveforms, executes transmission path analysis using the two observation points as the positions of time-reversed noise signal sources and using the time-reversed waveforms as excitation waveforms in a transmission path model (40S) reflecting the electrical characteristics of the transmission cable (40), and outputs the position of a peak value obtained from the result of transmission path analysis as the position at which noise intrudes into the transmission cable (40).
