A method and apparatus for determining an occupied time slot, a storage medium, and a user terminal. The method comprises: receiving a time slot format indicating index and the number N of time slots indicated by a time slot format from a base station by means of a PDCCH, and by means of the time slot format indicating index, determining the starting position, in the PDCCH, of a time slot indicated by the time slot format; receiving the number M of spatial directions from the base station, and from the base station, receiving multiple indication signals transmitted from the M spatial directions; determining the M spatial directions according to the indication signals; and in the M spatial directions, separately determining the time slot occupied by the base station in each spatial direction according to the starting position, in the PDCCH, of the time slot indicated by the time slot format and the number N of time slots indicated by the time slot format. The solution of the present invention can make a UE more effectively share a channel with the base station.
