Embodiments of the present application provide a time synchronization method, a UE, a base station, an apparatus, and a computer readable storage medium, wherein the time synchronization method stores propagation delay between the UE and the base station and/or time information of a time sensitive network (TSN) receiving instruction information used for instructing; determining the granularity of 1 bit of indication information; and performing TSN time synchronization according to the indication information and the 1-bit time unit of the indication information. The present application achieves more accurate time synchronization of a time sensitive network (TSN).
