PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breeding method for adding high functionality and added value to chicken meat. SOLUTION: A hanging arm 3 connected to a rotation driving device 4 and rotating is placed on a device base 5. A breeding bird cage 1 having a feeding and water supply device arranged on the hanging arm 3 is suspended and the bird cage is rotated. The bird cage tilts like a breeding bird cage 1 due to the centrifugal force 7 generated by the rotation, and stabilizes at a balanced point between the centrifugal force 7 and the combined force 8 of the gravity 6. Chickens are bred in a breeding bird cage 1 under high gravity conditions by being bred in a state where they are pressed against the floor surface with a force stronger than normal gravity by a centrifugal force 7 and a combined force 8 of gravity 6.
