The purpose of this study is to provide a gene diagnosis method for detection of Japanese pear green spot spot virus (jpcsav), which is considered to be a pathogen of pear disease.Jpcsav detection or jpcsav infection diagnosis method including the step of RT-PCR or RT-PCR for amplification amplification of the target nucleic acid region of jpcsav using RT-PCR or RT-PCR PCR primer set for either one of RNA1 to RNA5 of jpcsav.No selection
