Disclosed are a method for manufacturing a heat dissipation film through vacuum printing and transfer printing of a graphene oxide colloidal dispersion, and a heat dissipation film manufactured using the same. A method for manufacturing a heat dissipation film using graphene oxide according to an embodiment of the present invention includes forming plate-shaped graphene oxide particles in a plate shape; and vacuum filtering the plate-shaped graphene oxide particles and stacking them in the transverse direction to prepare a heat dissipation film, wherein the forming includes high energy ball milling of the bulk graphite particles to form the plate-like shape By exfoliating with the plate-shaped graphene oxide particles, the plate-shaped graphene oxide particles can be formed.
