To improve lubrication performance in low speed rotation of an oil pump while suppressing increase of power loss due to excessive oil supply when a pump rotating speed is increased.SOLUTION: When an oil 48 discharged from a first oil pump P1 connected to a differential device 32 to be rotated and driven, is supplied to a bearing 62 from a discharge port 76d, and an upper discharged oil 48s discharged from an upper discharge port 82d does not reach a catch tank 86 due to low vehicle velocity, the upper discharged oil 48s is supplied to the bearing 62, thus shortage in oil supply to the bearing 62 is suppressed. When a vehicle velocity is increased, the upper discharged oil 48s discharged from the upper discharge port 82d can reach the catch tank 86, an amount of the oil supplied to the bearing 62 from the upper discharge port 82d is limited, and increase of power loss due to excessive supply of the oil 48 to the bearing 62 is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
