The invention relates to an adjustable guide apparatus for an exhaust gas guide section of an exhaust gas turbocharger, comprising a bearing ring (4) having a plurality of guide vanes (5), wherein the guide vanes (5) are rotatably mounted on the bearing ring (4) by means of guide vane shafts (7) and wherein an adjustment lever (9) is associated with each guide vane shaft (7) for rotation of the guide vane (5), the end region (13), facing away from the guide vane (5), of which adjustment lever engages in a rotating ring (3) of the adjustable guide apparatus (2), which rotating ring is rotatable about a central axis (30) of the adjustable guide apparatus (2), wherein, for engagement of the adjustment lever (9) in the rotating ring (3), said rotating ring (3) has recesses (10), a recess (10) being associated with each adjustment lever (9). According to the invention, an insert element (18) is arranged in the recess (10) in order to reduce wear and friction between the adjustment lever (9) and the rotating ring (3), wherein the adjustment lever (9) is received at least in part in the insert element (18). The invention furthermore relates to an exhaust gas guide section for an exhaust gas turbocharger and to an exhaust gas turbocharger.
