The present invention provides a red pepper paste sauce for smoked duck comprising 30-70 parts by weight of dextrin and 130-180 parts by weight of mixed soy sauce based on 100 parts by weight of red pepper paste, and a method for producing smoked duck meat using the same. adding a salting agent to the raw duck meat and aging the smoked duck seasoned with the red pepper paste sauce for the smoked duck seasoning; smoking the aged duck at 60-80°C; cooling the smoked duck below 10°C; and seasoning the cooled duck with the red pepper paste sauce for seasoning the smoked duck of the present invention.
