The present invention comprises the steps of (a) isolating red ginseng (fine root) from red ginseng, and immersing red ginseng (bone ginseng) excluding red ginseng in sugar-chim solution to obtain red ginseng tablets; (b) pre-coating the red ginseng tablets obtained in step (a) with an anti-curing coating agent to obtain pre-coated red ginseng tablets; (c) chocolate-coated red ginseng tablets obtained in step (b), followed by drying and aging to obtain chocolate-coated red ginseng tablets; and (d) coating the swollen red ginseng on the outer surface of the chocolate-coated red ginseng tablet obtained in step (c) for adhesion with a sugar solution, and then coating the red ginseng tablet for luster with a varnish. do.
