To provide a program and the like for alternating an agent according to a user utterance text without interaction only by one agent to a user.SOLUTION: An agent management program allows a computer to function as an agent database which makes a user assumption text correspond to an agent utterance text, similarity calculation means for calculating similarity between the user utterance text from a user for the agent which is selected at present and the user assumption text included in all the agents and agent selection means for alternating the agent to the other agent including the user assumption text whose similarity is more than a prescribed threshold and is the highest when the similarity of all the user assumption texts of the agent which is selected at present is not more than the prescribed threshold for each agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
