To provide specific methods regarding a report to a base station in association with sidelink RLF.SOLUTION: A method of operating a Tx UE in a wireless communication system includes: receiving RAN paging by the Tx UE; initiating an RRC resume procedure by the Tx UE; and transmitting an RRC (Radio Resource Control) message to a base station on the basis of sidelink RLF (Radio Link Failure) by the Tx UE.
