An embodiment is a method for operating a Tx UE in a wireless communication system, the method including: a step in which the Tx UE receives RAN paging; a step in which the Tx UE starts a Radio Resource Control (RRC) resume procedure; and a step in which the Tx UE transmits an RRC message to a base station on the basis of a sidelink radio link failure (RLF), wherein the RRC message relates to reporting the sidelink RLF to the base station, and includes a destination ID related to the sidelink RLF.
