The present invention firstly puts forward a camera and the rotating apparatus (2) rotating to capture images of a target by means of an optical axis of the camera and the rotating apparatus forming a certain included angle therebetween instead of being arranged in a parallel manner, and 3D synthesis and modeling are realized without rotation around the target, thereby improving adaptability to a scenario.
