The pipe processing robot (1) comprises a stand column (11); a mounting frame (15), the mounting frame (15) being slidably connected to the stand column (11); and a clamping arm (17), the clamping arm (17) being rotatably connected to the mounting frame (15), wherein the clamping arm (17) can rotate in a vertical plane, and a clamping part (172) for clamping a pipe (4) is arranged on the clamping arm (17). The pipe processing system comprises a pipe storage rack (301) and a pipe processing robot (1). The pipe processing robot (1) can directly pick up a pipe from the ground and adjust the posture of the pipe (4), without a temporary pipe setback arranged on a derrick (2), reducing the load of the derrick (2), and avoiding unnecessary waste in terms of working efficiency.
