PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag-making filling method capable of suppressing peeling of a laminated film. According to the present invention, the bag-making filling method includes a sterilization step and a bag-making filling step, and in the sterilization step, a tubular laminated film having an adhesive layer is flattened. The multi-layered film was sterilized by bringing the multi-layered film into contact with a sterilizing agent, and in the bag-making filling step, the multi-layered film after sterilization was heat-sealed to form a tubular shape with a closed lower end.
