An LAA-based wireless transmission access method, a baseband unit (BBU), a bridging unit, a remote radio unit (RRU), and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: a BBU obtains a signal format corresponding to a startup instruction of LBT, and delivers a corresponding startup instruction message of LBT; a bridging unit distributes the startup instruction message to RRUs; the RRU performs spectrum scanning according to the signal format in the startup instruction message to obtain idle and busy state information of an unlicensed spectrum in the signal format, and reports the idle and busy state information to the BBU via the bridging unit; the BBU determines a preempted unlicensed spectrum in the signal format according to the idle and busy state information, and delivers an occupation message; the bridging unit distributes the occupation message to the RRUs; the RRU determines a signal source of the signal format in the occupation message; if the signal source is a different manufacturer, a signal transmission channel is switched to a radio frequency processing channel of the different manufacturer, and transmission is carried out by means of the preempted unlicensed spectrum.
