The present invention relates to a toothbrush sterilizer comprising: a case part which has a first side portion, a second side portion, and an open portion at the front thereof; a toothbrush holder which is disposed in the case part and to which a toothbrush is mounted; a fan which is disposed adjacent to the first side portion of the case part; and a drive module which is disposed in the case part and rotates the fan so as to allow outside air to flow in toward the toothbrush.
